Gary Forster is a Florida native practicing in all areas of business transactions, personal planning and tax matters, both domestic and international. Gary handles a variety of corporate, personal and tax planning matters ranging from wealth protection and corporate structuring to complex business reorganizations.

Gary is a member of both the Florida and District of Columbia Bars, including bar sections for international and tax law. Gary is also a member of the U.S. Tax Court and the American Bar Association Asset Protection Planning Committee. Gary has been involved in several civic organizations, including several chambers of commerce and served as President and Director of the International Council (a foreign affairs organization supported by the U.S. State Department).

Gary earned an undergraduate degree from Tufts University, graduating cum laude, with majors in Spanish Literature and Economics. He earned his law degree at the University of Florida where he graduated with honors. During law school, Gary was the Articles Editor of the Florida Journal of International Law. Gary continued on in Gainesville for his Masters in Taxation where he was a graduate fellow. Gary's education also includes studies at the University of Madrid, Oxford University and Leiden University in the Netherlands. Gary is fluent in Spanish.
