Dwight I. (Ike) Cool

Cool practices in the areas of commercial and residential real estate
transactions, leases, condominiums, zoning, and land use regulation.
As a Board Certified Real Estate Lawyer, he holds the Florida Bar’s
highest level of recognition for an attorney’s competency.
Concentrating in the areas of practice listed above since entering the
private practice of law in 1979, Ike spent the first eight years of
his career with large law firms in Palm Beach, Florida and Orlando,
Florida. Ike is one of the firm’s founding partners. His more than 20
years of experience provides a solid background for advising clients,
handling their real estate transactions, and preparing their real
estate related documents.
Ike graduated with honors from the University of Florida Law School in
Gainesville, Florida, in 1979. He also holds a Bachelor of Science
degree from Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida, where he
graduated in 1976 summa cum laude and first in his class academically.
Ike is an active member of the Orange County Bar Association, the
Florida Bar and the Real Property Section of the Florida Bar. He has
served as a speaker at seminars related to real estate topics.
A native Central Floridian, Ike is married with two children and is
active in community and church affairs.
