Teresa
N. Phillips practices in the Commercial Litigation Department. She
graduated from Florida State University in 1998 with a Dual-Bachelor
of Science Degree in Social Sciences and Social Science Education and
received her law degree (with honors) from Florida State University in
2001. Since 2001, Teresa has practiced litigation in both state and
federal court and has also served as Associate City Attorney for
various municipalities. She has particular experience in contract
litigation, employment litigation, local government law, and
adversarial probate matters. Teresa is admitted to practice in the
State of Florida, and in both the North and Middle Federal Districts
of Florida.
Teresa is a native Floridian and lives in Winter Park with her two
sons, Trenten and Drew. She enjoys reading and collecting sports
memorabilia.
