S. Theobald practices in the Commercial Litigation Department. She
graduated from the University of Florida in 1995 with a Bachelor’s of
Science degree from the College of Journalism and Communications (with
highest honors) and received her law degree from Florida State
University in 1998 (with honors). Since 1998,
Dani has practiced
litigation in both state and federal court. She has particular
experience in contract litigation, employment law, local government
law and construction litigation.
Dani is admitted to
practice in the State of Florida and the U.S. District Court for the
Middle District of Florida.
Dani is married to Jim and has one child, Jacob.
